1 · Describe your seminar
Date, number of participants, desired format: 2 minutes are enough to brief us.
2 · Receive your quote
An all-inclusive proposal in under 24 hours: venue, technical services, catering.
3 · On the big day, you host
The Comet team is on site and takes care of everything else, from the welcome coffee to any unexpected issues.
Up to 280 people seated in plenary at Comet Bourse, and more than 500 participants in mixed formats depending on the venue. For smaller groups, our rooms can host from around ten people.

Tell us about your seminar — date, number of participants, schedule — and receive an all-inclusive proposal in under 24 hours.
Or come and visit one of our venues: it’s even more convincing.
The residential seminar two hours away by car is less appealing: travel takes too much time, participants need accommodation, and absenteeism is an issue. The one-day seminar right in the heart of Paris solves the equation — everyone comes by metro, no one sleeps on site, and the accommodation budget is reinvested in the content and the catering.
A plenary session in the morning to align everyone, breakout workshops to get people working, breathing spaces to let things settle: the pace is what makes the seminar. Make sure the venue allows you to switch from one setup to another without losing twenty minutes — breakout rooms close to the plenary, and an on-site team to reconfigure the space during breaks.
A successful seminar starts with an easy journey. Central Paris (Bourse, Place des Victoires) puts everyone on an equal footing; La Défense and Nanterre are convenient for teams coming from the West; Ternes and Étoile are ideal for guests staying near the Champs-Élysées.
Welcome coffee, lunch, breaks: they’re the fuel that keeps the day going. Having to coordinate an external caterer on top of the venue multiplies the risks; integrated catering, crafted by a Chef, turns breaks into real team moments.
There will always be remote participants. Plan for a reliable video conference in the plenary session, sound that captures the room, and a moderator for remote questions — at Comet, technology and support are included.
September–October and January are peak months for kick-off and new-year seminars: the best venues in Paris are booked several months in advance, especially from Tuesday to Thursday. As soon as the date is set, lock in the venue — and opt for a flexible partner if attendee numbers may still change.
