Our rooms are equipped with a large screen, HD video conferencing (compatible with Teams, Zoom, Google Meet), fibre Wi-Fi and on-site technical support. Your remote members follow the committee in the same conditions as those present in the room.

Is catering included in the rental of the executive committee room?

Yes. Breakfast, working lunch and breaks are created by our Chef, with local, seasonal produce, and served discreetly on site. Everything is included in your day, with no caterer for you to coordinate.

Can an executive meeting room be booked at the last minute?

Yes. An executive committee is often scheduled late: your Comet contact sends you the availabilities and a clear, all-inclusive quote in less than 24 h. Depending on the venue, a last-minute booking remains possible, with a fast, human response.
