THE COMET NETWORK
You may be discovering Comet. Since 2016, we have been designing and running our own venues in Paris, Brussels and Madrid, built for the moments that bring teams together: meetings, executive committees, seminars and training days. This is more than meeting room hire. We take care of the venue, the AV, the catering and the welcome. You focus on your meeting, your dedicated contact handles the rest.

No paperwork, no back-and-forth between suppliers. And if you would rather see it before confirming, we will show you round the venue.
1 · Describe your meeting
Date, numbers, format: 2 minutes are enough to brief us.
2 · Receive your quote
An all-inclusive proposal in less than 24h: venue, technical set-up, catering.
3 · On the day, you host
The Comet team is on site and handles everything else, from the welcome coffee to the unexpected.
Four criteria, in this order: how easy the venue is to reach for most of your participants, the real capacity in the layout you plan to use (a room for 20 in theatre style holds only 12 in a U-shape), equipment included rather than charged as an extra, and catering on site. Price is only worth comparing once those four points line up.

Tell us about your meeting (date, headcount, format…) and receive an all-inclusive proposal in under 24h.
Or come and visit one of our venues: it is even more telling.
A good meeting starts with a simple journey for every participant. Choose a central, well-connected venue: the Bourse, Place des Victoires district (Paris 2nd) for easy access from every station, western Paris (Ternes, Étoile) for your teams and clients on the Champs-Élysées side, or La Défense if your participants come from Europe's leading business district.
An executive committee of 8, a training session for 25, a plenary for 200: every format has its room. Check that the venue offers several layouts (U-shape, theatre, breakout workshops) and breathing spaces for the breaks. At Comet, the rooms are modular and accommodate 2 to 280 people depending on the venue.
Screen or video projector, reliable video conferencing for remote participants, flip charts, high-speed wifi: check what is included and what is charged as an extra. At Comet, the technical set-up is included in the package, with a team on site if needed.
The welcome coffee, lunch and breaks set the rhythm of the day and shape the group's energy. A caterer to coordinate on top of the room is a source of friction; catering built into the venue is one less mental load.
Meeting rooms in Paris go quickly, especially from Tuesday to Thursday and during seminar season (September, start of the year). Book as soon as the date is fixed: and choose a flexible venue if your numbers may still change.
Not every meeting lasts eight hours. A client update only needs an hour or two; an executive committee or a training session deserves a full day, with lunch on site. Choose a venue that can adapt to your format rather than the other way round, and check what the time slot includes: early access to the room to set up, breaks, continuous service.
With remote working and multi-site teams, most meetings now include remote participants. A room suited to hybrid means reliable video conferencing, sound that picks up the whole table and a screen everyone can see. At Comet, the rooms are equipped for hybrid, with a technical team on site if needed.
