Four criteria, in this order: how easy the venue is to reach for most of your participants, the real capacity in the layout you plan to use (a room for 20 in theatre style holds only 12 in a U-shape), equipment included rather than charged as an extra, and catering on site. Price is only worth comparing once those four points line up.

Four criteria make the difference: access for your participants, capacity in the right layout, what is really included in the quote and how flexible the booking is.

The right district is the one that shortens the journey for most participants, not just for the organiser. Every Comet venue is less than a 10-minute walk from a metro or RER station:
An executive committee, a training session and a plenary do not use the same room: a U-shape encourages discussion, classroom suits note-taking, theatre suits presentations. Check capacity in the layout you plan to use, not the maximum capacity advertised. Real example: room 0.1 at Comet Levallois seats 110 in theatre, 42 in classroom and 36 in a U-shape.
At Comet, rooms are modular and host from 2 to over 500 people depending on the venue. Tell us your headcount and format and we will suggest the right room.
This is where two quotes differ the most. Before comparing prices, check what will be charged as an extra: AV, video conferencing, welcome, breaks, lunch. Every extra supplier is one more contact to coordinate on the day.
Comet Meetings packages are all-inclusive: the room, the equipment (screen or projector, video conferencing, flipcharts, high-speed wifi), the welcome, breaks and lunch prepared by our Chef, with a dedicated contact from brief to D-day. The exact content is set out in your quote, with no hidden lines.
A few hours, a half-day or a full day: tell us your time slot and the proposal adjusts (welcome coffee, breaks, lunch). Headcount stays adjustable until the day before, and you can visit the venue before confirming.
