Natural light, acoustics, reconfigurable furniture: a training room is not a meeting room with a flipchart. Classroom rows serve transmission, clusters serve the workshop, the U serves discussion — check that the venue can move from one to the other between two sessions.
For a weekly or monthly cycle, the real hidden cost is organisational: re-briefing a new venue for every session exhausts training teams. A single partner who repeats the same room, the same layout and the same welcome saves hours every month.
Screen or video projector, plenty of flip charts, fibre wifi that copes with a whole connected group, video conferencing for remote participants: check what is included. At Comet, everything is — with on-site support.
