GUBERNA supports companies with governance, ethics and strategy issues through advisory services and training. As part of its client sessions dedicated to creating sustainable value, the organization was looking for a venue capable of supporting demanding collective work while embodying its own values.
The client's brief
Find a flexible, sustainability-focused venue to host client sessions: a setting that makes it possible to inform and challenge participants, and that encourages the sharing of experiences among peers.

Comet's answer
Comet Louise hosted GUBERNA in a plenary format, in a flexible space designed for collective reflection. The experience was conceived as a whole: on-site catering, accessible spaces, and an atmosphere conducive to creativity, so that participants could remain fully focused on reflection over the two days.
Delivery
Two days of plenary training, on November 21 and December 7, 2023, for 20 participants. Breakfasts, lunches and after-work gatherings included, to punctuate the reflection with informal exchanges and to extend discussions beyond the working sessions.

Key takeaways
When asked to sum it up in three words, participants highlight the Comet experience, the accessibility of the spaces, and the catering. The venue itself becomes a trigger for reflection: “You step into a bubble of creativity. Clear your mind. Breathe in. Push the door open.”
