It depends on the format: drinks call for just a few canapés, whereas a full cocktail reception replacing dinner requires more. We calibrate this with you at the brief: it is included in the proposal.

Too few canapés and your guests go off to have dinner elsewhere; too many and the budget explodes. The right calibration depends on the time of day, the duration and the role of the cocktail (aperitif or meal), have the venue confirm it, rather than guessing.
A cocktail is designed: several bar points to avoid a single queue, high tables that create islands of conversation, service moving through the room to reach every group. It is the service that keeps the energy flowing.
Welcome and first drink (30 min), short speech (10 min maximum), continuous service, an optional highlight, then a natural wind-down. A successful corporate cocktail lasts 2 to 3 hours: long enough to talk, not long enough to get bored.
Many of our cocktails close a working day. A plenary and workshops in the morning, then a corporate seminar in Paris that ends with a glass in hand. Others follow an afternoon of team building in Paris, when the goal is to bring the team together before the toast. Either way: one venue, one quote, one team on site.
The setting matters as much as the service. A rooftop with a view when the evening has to leave a mark: Comet Étoile combines two terraces and a rooftop facing the Eiffel Tower. A winter garden in the very centre, rue de Richelieu, with Comet Bourse Le Jardin Rêvé. An imaginary city set, rue Saint-Marc, with Comet Bourse La Ville Rêvée.
