Floor area does not determine capacity: bars, high tables, service areas and circulation reduce the usable space. Always ask for the capacity in the real configuration, not in square metres.
The real criterion for a corporate rooftop: the adjoining indoor space, booked together with the terrace, able to absorb all your guests. Without it, your event depends on a weather forecast.
Paris terraces are the most sought-after space in summer events. For a slot in June or July, the booking is decided in the spring, and Thursdays go first.
Comet Étoile, a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, combines two terraces, a private loft and a rooftop with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower. In the 17th, Comet Ternes has its rooftop. In the very centre, Comet Place des Victoires has an outdoor terrace. For a large group, Comet Levallois and Comet Arboretum add terraces and gardens. And in Brussels, the rooftop of Comet Louise offers a 360 degree view over the city and the Palais de Justice.
