Exhibition halls impress with their floor space, but they dilute encounters. A trade show in a venue with character, with fewer, better-chosen exhibitors, produces more qualified conversations, and a higher attendance rate, because people also come for the venue.
A good trade show is designed as a journey: a smooth welcome, stands that are visible without bottlenecks, an accessible plenary, break areas that spark encounters. Have your floor plan approved by the venue team: they know the flows.
Visitors leave when they get hungry. Real catering on site, not a sandwich stand, extends their stay by several hours and creates the networking moment your exhibitors are expecting.
