Over 500 visitors across a whole venue, by opening several spaces at once: for example the auditorium for talks, a large room for the stands and neighbouring rooms for meetings. In a single space, capacity goes up to 400 people (La Plénière at Comet Arboretum). Send us your floor plan and we will set up the spaces.

Exhibition halls impress with their floor space, but they dilute encounters. A trade show in a venue with character, with fewer, better-chosen exhibitors, produces more qualified conversations, and a higher attendance rate, because people also come for the venue.
A good trade show is designed as a journey: a smooth welcome, stands that are visible without bottlenecks, an accessible plenary, break areas that spark encounters. Have your floor plan approved by the venue team: they know the flows.
