After Brussels and Madrid, Comet opens a venue of nearly 5,000 sq m in Le Lumière, Paris Bercy, at the end of 2022, and launches its Workplaces offer there.
Nearly 5,000 sq m devoted to a new reality of work inside Le Lumière, the largest private office building in Paris
After Brussels and Madrid, Comet is continuing its expansion and announcing a new venue in the heart of Paris Bercy, opening at the end of 2022. Located in Le Lumière, the largest private office building in Paris, this space of nearly 5,000 sq m operated by Comet will exclusively offer the new Workplaces service alongside the original Meetings offer. With Comet Lumière, the specialist in meetings and the future of work aims to provide an innovative answer to the flexibility challenges now facing hybrid companies.
A pioneer of the meeting experience, Comet is broadening its activity and launching its new Workplaces offer to better address the flexibility challenges faced by hybrid companies. This offer will be at the heart of the next site opened by Comet: Le Lumière building in Paris Bercy. Workplaces is a turnkey solution of hybrid workstations that companies can use on demand, according to their real needs.

Hybrid work and office attendance peaks: the new corporate challenge
2.5 days: that is now the time employees spend at their main office, and they spend a further 2.1 days in satellite offices or third places. Fragmented workspaces are becoming the rule and companies need solutions that match the way their teams work.
For executives and HR directors, one of the new HR issues lies in redefining their employees' real estate experience and in anticipating the organic, organisational and exceptional variations in team attendance at the workplace. 56% of executives believe offices are essential to reinvent the employee experience.
The quote to remember: « Traditional offices are built around a 70/30 split of space, with overwhelming priority given to individual workstations. That balance is no longer compatible with the needs created by hybrid work. To address this, Comet proposes a new balance and moves towards a 30/70 offer, with most of the space allocated to areas dedicated to meeting, collaborating and socialising », explains Victor Carreau, CEO of Comet Meetings.
Workplaces: Comet puts its expertise at the service of flexibility
Since 2016, Comet Meetings has built unique expertise across its 10 venues in new ways of working and in flexible workspace layouts.
Workplaces brings companies a turnkey solution:
- it answers the fluctuations in office attendance,
- it restores the value of working on site,
- it offers a range of services and facilities that put quality of working life back at the centre of the office, combining comfort, flexibility and collaboration,
- it allows companies to offer offices able to host their entire workforce without permanently renting a workstation for every employee.
