After ISO 20121 certification and its EcoVadis rating, Comet joined the B Corp community in 2025, embedding its environmental and social commitment across all its venues and events.
Paris, 5 March 2025 — Comet is taking a decisive step forward in its CSR commitment: after ISO 20121 certification and its EcoVadis rating, the company is joining the B Corp community in 2025, a label recognised worldwide for its demanding standards on social and environmental impact.

A structured and constantly evolving commitment
In 2023, Comet launched Teamworld, its first pro bono project dedicated to the public interest. Today the company is taking its commitment further with B Corp certification, a major recognition that crowns several years of transformation.
Since it was founded in 2016, Comet has had to contend with the challenges of its own growth and with economic and health upheavals. While environmental responsibility was always a concern, it could only become a priority from 2021, as growth consolidated and CSR commitments were formalised.

“Joining the B Corp community is not an end point but a decisive milestone. We want to show that events can be run differently, minimising their impact while maximising their collective usefulness. It is a strong signal for our industry, and we hope to inspire other players to take the same path.” Romina Maillochaud, Chief of Experience at Comet.
B Corp, a demanding and all-round label
The name is now known around the world, but what really lies behind the label?
B Corp looks at five pillars: governance, community, environment, customers and employees. A 360° label that covers most of today's concerns.
Governance: B Corp assesses a company's transparency, ethics and organisation, including employee engagement and financial control.
Community: economic and social impact is analysed through supplier policies, local engagement and workforce inclusion initiatives.
Environment: water, waste and energy management and the impact on biodiversity are taken into account according to the business sector.
Customers: B Corp rewards companies that manage their customers responsibly and whose products have a positive impact on health.
Employees: staff wellbeing is assessed through satisfaction, health, financial security and career prospects.
