A fresh tribute to Retiro Park and an answer to the growing demand for corporate events in the Spanish capital, with two additional floors totalling 700 sq m.
Comet is opening two new floors of 700 square metres in its Madrid building, facing the famous Retiro Park. Designed to host events of more than 100 people (300 for a standing cocktail and 130 in conference format), these new spaces enrich the offer for corporate events in Madrid. As the leader in the European meeting and event space market, Comet is opening a new chapter in its expansion with two additional floors effectively in service from 18 April. One year after launching its operations in Spain, this expansion pays tribute to the historic Retiro Park while answering the growing demand for large, versatile spaces for corporate events in the city.

Strategic expansion in the heart of Madrid
Adding 700 square metres in a seven-storey building totalling almost 3,700 square metres perfectly reflects Comet's commitment to excellence and innovation in the real estate sector. These new floors are designed to offer a bright, open environment, ideal for a wide range of corporate events: cocktails, conferences, training sessions or team building.

A space combining versatility and elegance
Perfectly in keeping with the rest of the building and its distinctive style inspired by El Retiro, these new Comet spaces stand out for their modern, elegant design and provide an ideal setting for large-scale events. The company has once again worked with the architecture studio MIL to deliver an extension aligned with the original ambition: to turn the building into a themed tribute to the great park next door. With their volume and natural light, these two additional floors show how well-designed spaces can turn a conventional event into a unique, memorable collective experience.

A pragmatic, central answer to Madrid's need for large spaces
At a time when Madrid faces a genuine shortage of venues for mid-sized events (100 to 200 people), Comet now positions itself as a leading solution in that market. These two new floors not only increase Comet's capacity to host larger events, they also underline its ability to adapt and respond to the immediate needs of the real estate market and of local businesses.
Comet's expansion in Madrid is further evidence of its leadership and innovative vision in the corporate events sector. With these new areas, Comet is not only strengthening its presence in the Spanish capital: it is also setting a new standard of excellence and versatility in the market.
