The first Hospitality project to see the light of day: Landscape.
Altarea Cogedim Entreprise and Goldman Sachs, co-owners of the Tour Landscape, placed their trust in us for this 70,000 sqm office property complex located in Paris-La Défense, of which 2,200 sqm are operated by Comet. There we are integrating our Comet Building Services product, which is built around four strong concepts:
- A welcome worthy of a Parisian boutique hotel, where regulars are recognised and visitors are taken care of in person, in a warm setting;
- The pooling of meeting rooms, which makes it possible to reduce the tenant's property costs and to solve the problem of unavailability for employees, all in light-filled spaces that stimulate productivity and creativity and supported by a dedicated team;
- A Community Management service that brings a new Parisian breath into the building and enlivens users' daily life (exhibitions, conferences, workshops...);
- An app designed to make life and the use of the building's services easier: Cosmos
