Equadis offers product data management and analysis solutions for brands and retailers. Its collaboration with Comet is a long-term one: since 2020, 550 people have already been hosted, with 5 events and a total of 5 event days by early 2024. It is within this trusted relationship that Equadis chose Comet Bourse to bring together its clients and decision-makers.

Comet Bourse, centrally located and easy to access, hosted Equadis’ 155 guests for a day designed to combine content and conviviality: a plenary session in the auditorium for the talks, and opportunities for discussion that set the pace of the day, from breakfast through to the standing lunch cocktail.
Delivery
On October 17, 2023, the Comet teams co-created the “hand in hand” event with Equadis: a meticulously planned project, from the welcome and the auditorium all the way through to the cocktail reception. This tailor-made support helped defuse the stress inherent in event planning and allowed everyone to focus their energy on what really mattered — the meeting between Equadis and its decision-makers.
