Discover Comet Levallois, our listed historic monument venue located right in the heart of Levallois-Perret.
Welcome to Comet Levallois, a unique venue steeped in history. Located right in the heart of Levallois-Perret, this château with its 19th-century neo-Gothic façade, listed as a historic monument, has been entirely rehabilitated to offer an exceptional setting for your professional events.

1. The history of Comet Levallois
Comet Levallois is our fairy tale at the gates of Paris, offering unique experiences and a complete change of scenery. Thanks to its 19th-century neo-Gothic façade, built by the architect Ernest-Paul Sanson, Comet Levallois is the ideal place for your events, your seminars or indeed your training sessions. This château was financed by Sir Richard Wallace, a francophile and philanthropic Briton, previously housed a hospital and is today the property of the Hertford British Charitable Fund.
2. Comet's tailor-made service
As at Comet, we love being challenged, which is why we decided to rehabilitate this magnificent château, along with its gardens, into an exceptional venue of more than 1800 m². Comet Levallois will be used exclusively for meetings and events of more than 110 people, spread over 3 floors.
Each meeting room is equipped with all the necessary equipment, including videoconferencing tools such as video projectors and 4K TV screens, as well as office supplies such as post-its, notebooks, pens and flipcharts. The rooms all benefit from natural light, are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
What's more, as in all our spaces, you have access to all of our services: catering, technical assistance, wellness session.
The building also stands out from our 7 other Paris venues, such as Comet Bourse, Comet Arboretum, or indeed Comet Etoile, thanks to its many exceptional architectural details: rooms with rib-vaulted ceilings, period fireplaces and majestic staircases.
3. A world that will take you travelling

To offer you an out-of-the-ordinary and memorable experience, Comet gives a theme and an identity of its own to each of its venues. Here, it will be Le Grand Comet, inspired by the film by director Wes Anderson, “The Grand Budapest Hotel”: a venue with vitamin-packed, stimulating decor, where you (definitely) do not come to sleep, but to train, celebrate or brainstorm. Reception, lobby, luggage service, buffet… The ingredients that shape the world of hospitality have been boldly reworked, with plenty of plays on colours and materials, to let the soul of the occupants of this out-of-the-ordinary address speak. Floor after floor, discover the gallery of portraits that inspired our interior architecture.
To conclude …Le Grand Comet is an atypical and warm address, nestled in an intimate garden just 30 minutes by metro from the centre of Paris, with a huge number of assets, such as the possibility of fully privatising the floors, but also the accessibility of the garden for your outdoor events.
