Context
Enedis operates the largest electricity distribution network in Europe, serving society and local communities. Within this organization, the network of assistants plays a key coordinating role, but there are few opportunities to meet in person.
The partnership between Enedis and Comet is not new: since December 3, 2018, Comet has been supporting the group’s major events: conferences, executive committee meetings, seminars, and evening functions.
The client's brief
Find an original and accessible venue to bring the assistants’ network together and turn this day into a memorable networking event.
The challenges
- Bring this network together and give it a human dimension
- Encouraging people to meet in an original and welcoming place
- Offer an extraordinary experience for a day
Comet's answer
Comet welcomed the 34 participants at Cœur Défense, a venue that is both unique and welcoming, and ideally located just a stone’s throw from Enedis’ offices. A dedicated team orchestrated the entire day to turn it into a key moment of cohesion, going far beyond a simple meeting.
Delivery
On March 11, 2024, 34 people gathered at Comet Cœur Défense for an afternoon built around a plenary session and a wellness activity, with a lunch in between. The Comet team brought extra energy to the event, getting involved at every stage to fuel the collective momentum.
The results
Key takeaways
A short, well-orchestrated format is enough to rebuild connections in a dispersed network. Success depends less on duration than on the quality of the support: the right venue, a present team, and the desire to turn every detail into a moment of connection.
Why Comet made the difference
Three words sum up the experience on the Enedis side: agility, attentiveness, and the commitment of the Comet team, plus the proximity to the offices. A dedicated team made all the difference — as Cécile Carballo, Communications Officer, puts it: “What I liked about Comet was having a dedicated team that brought extra energy to the event on top of the team cohesion.” The key takeaway? The participants’ smiles.
