Comet Meetings was founded in 2016 to offer a new concept to meeting venues in Paris. The idea behind Comet Meetings is to link a culture of innovation, collaboration and new ways of working, and create the future meeting venue. Meeting venues created by attendees, for attendees.
Our corporate real estate solution for large companies as well as SMEs truly stands out. Our goal? Give new meaning to flexible meeting venues and bridge the gap between supply and demand. Until now, meeting venues and event spaces designed to accomodate every group size in a tailored manner via a smart layout, infrastructure and customer service, were non-existent. Also worth noting, is that meetings are being held too often in gloomy and dark meetings rooms and are synonymous with ‘lost time’.

For this reason, at Comet Meetings, we’ve made it our mission to reinvent the corporate meeting by designing buildings specifically for new age meetings, right in the heart of Paris. Unique and non-conformist, each of our venues offers you a singular universe with an original decor, having paid utmost attention to the smallest details, bringing activity, creativity and interactivity to your meetings. We have developed our new workspaces around 3 pillars: inspiring spaces, smart services designed to anticipate user needs, and an all-inclusive price accessible to everyone. We guide you through all steps from A to Z and offer a custom solution for your meeting needs : we advise you both on the setting and layout (framework, furniture, equipment) as well as your meeting’s content.

Composed of meeting rooms and common areas, every detail is designed and planned to boost the productivity, creativity and well-being of each attendee, and provide them with a unique experience. Our rooms host your company events and have been conceived to meet your objectives: meeting, training, brainstorming, workshoping, holding a conference, team building, etc. For example, if you want to organize a decision-making committee, we recommend the “Board” option, where each attendee is allocated a single space in the room with an unobstructed view to the other members in the meeting, with the leader at the head. This position of influence lends itself perfectly to guided discussions and decision-making. If you need to organize a creative or brainstorming workshop, the Casual option is recommended for its unstructured layout of seats of different heights and coffee tables. This layout creates a sense of equality among all participants, conducive to open participation and informal discussion, and the lack of high tables encourages intellectual reflection, rather than note taking. Currently, our non-conformist meeting venues are located in the heart of Paris’ business districts: Comet Place des Victoires (2nd arrondissement), Comet Étoile (16th arrondissement), Comet Ternes (17th arrondissement), Comet La Défense and Comet Bourse (2th arrondissement). Upcoming opening of Comet Bruxelles in 2021. In the future, Comet Meetings aims to expand to other major urban centers in all corners of Europe.
